Bea Demirakos
Bea Demirakos is the CEO and Owner of On Point Land Services Corporation. She is responsible for the day to day operations; as well as generating new business endeavors and partnerships. She has over three decades of experience in the Title Insurance Industry and possesses a mastery of its functionality and all aspects of its dynamics. Ms. Demirakos received a BBA in Business Management from Adelphi University and is learned in start-up corporations; business strategic planning; financial analysis; customized accounting procedures and industry forecasting. She is an active member of The New York State Land Title Association, American Association of Notaries, and is a Licensed Title Insurance Agent in both New York and New Jersey.
Anthony A. Nozzolillo, Esq.
Anthony A. Nozzolillo, Esq. serves as Chief Legal Counsel to On Point Land Services Corporation. He is responsible for management of the Title Company's overall legal needs, serving as trusted legal advisor to On Point Corporations' ownership team. He is delegated Support Staff Supervisor/Manager of the Clearance Department, Production Department, Recording Department, Escrow Department, Application Department, and Post Closing Department. He possesses vast knowledge of both routine and complex residential and commercial real estate transactions. He is well versed in all aspects of Landlord/Tenant Law, Lease Agreements (residential and commercial) as well as Real Estate Litigation matters not limited to Foreclosure and Evictions. In addition, he is also highly proficient in Short Sales, REO closings and Third Party Auction scenarios. He is also Counsel to multiple Condominium and Cooperative Buildings located in Nassau County. Mr. Nozzolillo received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from State University of New York at Albany (School of Business) and a Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association; Nassau County Bar Association; American Association of Notaries; and a licensed New York State Real Estate Broker.
Sally Forneiro
Sally Forneiro serves as a contracted head reader for On Point Land Services. She is responsible for interpreting and transposing all information gathered from the abstractor's records so as to assemble comprehensive title reports for both commercial and residential transactions. In addition, Sally transcribes schematic survey prints into verbal readings; depicting what said print reveals. She has over three decades of experience in the title insurance field and and is unparalleled when it comes to knowledge, efficiency and effectiveness.
Karen McCready
Karen serves as On Point Land's Head Clearance Officer. Karen has over twenty years of experience in all facets of title insurance and is well known and respected throughout the industry. Her vast knowledge of both residential and commercial closing transactions, coupled with her strong working knowledge of real estate, makes her an invaluable member of our team. Her ability to tackle any clearance issue efficiently and in a timely manner assures that all of our clients and customers' closing transactions are indeed a pleasant one.
Kimberly Ward
Kimberly Ward is the closing desk coordinator for On Point Land Services Corporation. In her capacity as such, Mrs. Ward is responsible for the scheduling of all closings, preparation of all title bills, closing packages, and title policies. In addition, Mrs. Ward serves as the bookkeeping liaison for On Point, and is also responsible for escrow application and all refunds due clientele in conjunction with all closings. She has been employed and received training by/from some of the largest companies in the industry, and brings with her over decade of experience.
Marilyn Thier
Marilyn Thier serves as a Closing Coordinator for On Point Land Services Corporation. She contributes her 25 years of experience to all Departments, from application and escrow, to recording and clearance. She possesses vast knowledge of all aspects of real estate and title insurance with extensive knowledge of transactions involving co-ops, as well as multi-faceted commercial transactions. Marilyn is well known and respected in the industry.
Lisa Sciarratta
Lisa Sciarratta is On Point Land Corporation's receptionist, and additionally lends her skill set to interoffice billing, data entry and multiple clerical functions. She has two decades of experience in the real estate industry and served as the head closing agent for a large scale
Co-Operative Management Company for almost fifteen years.
Real Estate Closers
On Point Land Services Corporation also contractually employs dozens of independent title closers and attorneys who serve as our representatives at real estate closings for both residential and commercial refinance and purchase transactions. Our seasoned closers are part of the industry elite as far as experience is concerned, and work diligently to assure that any/all real estate closing transactions where On Point is involved, are seen to conclusion absent incident; helping to make each closing table experience a pleasant one for all parties. To assure convenience for our attorney, broker, and customer clientele, our closers travel to closing locations located throughout Long Island and the Five Boroughs, as well as Rockland, Putnam, and Ulster Counties.
